Bimbo Ponmile is a Tech Leader, Founder, Author, and Agile Practitioner with over a decade of experience across Financial Services, Telecom, E-commerce, Travel, and FMCG. She has successfully led Agile transformations across 16 African countries and the UK, helping teams boost collaboration, adaptability, and performance.
A sought-after speaker and trainer, Bimbo has delivered talks and trainings at global organisations and industry platforms, including the Project Management Institute and The Knowledge Academy. She is widely recognised for her powerful insights on agility, resilience, and people-first leadership, and has personally trained and mentored over 200 professionals to thrive in fast-changing workplaces.
She is the founder of the Project Management Club (PM Club) for Kids and Teens — an innovative platform equipping young people aged 10–16 with project management and life skills through fun, hands-on projects. She is also the author of multiple books, including The Junior Project Manager for Kids and The Agile Employee, where she shares her mission of building high-performing teams without breaking the people behind the output.
Beyond her professional work, Bimbo serves as a Connect Pastor for the African community at Audacious Church, Manchester UK, where she continues to inspire, mentor, and empower people both in faith and in the workplace.
